About

I started A Petite Fit because I was tired of feeling like clothes were never actually made for me.

Every time I went shopping, it was the same conversation. I’d find something I loved, try it on, and hear: “We can always tailor it shorter for you.” So I’d ask, do you have a shorter option? And the answer was always no.

And it never made sense to me, how is it fair that I have to spend $70 on alterations for an $80 dress just to make it wearable?

At some point, it stopped being just frustrating and started feeling like a bigger problem. Why were shorter girls expected to adjust, compromise, and pay more, just to get the same fit everyone else gets off the rack?

So I decided to change that.

A Petite Fit is about more than just jeans. It’s about designing clothes that actually fit from the start—no extra steps, no added costs, no settling. It’s about making pieces you can put on and feel confident in immediately.

Because you shouldn’t have to change the clothes. The clothes should fit you.
